We begin our tour in the Otrobanda district of Willemstad, where your IRIE guide will show you and explain all the highlights of this culturally rich area. Take a short scenic walk down Frederikstraat, a recently renovated street now known for its colorful murals and vibrant street art, perfect for photos. From there, we'll drive through the colorful Scharloo district, a former Jewish neighborhood known for its colonial architecture and creative flair, heading towards Landhuis Chobolobo, where the world-famous Genuine Curaçao Liqueur is made. You'll have time to explore, taste, and take home a unique souvenir. Our next stop is Fort Waakzaamheid, a historic fort dating back to 1803 that offers a panoramic view of Willemstad, the harbor, and your cruise ship. We then visit Parke di Lucha di Libertad, a park honoring the struggle for the abolition of slavery. After a brief stop, we continue to the salt lake area, where you'll have the opportunity to see wild flamingos in their natural habitat and take memorable photos. Our final stop is Que Tapa beach, a pleasant way to relax and enjoy the coastal charm of Curaçao before heading back. Enjoy the sun, sea, and sand, or simply relax in the shade under a refreshing breeze. We will then return you to your ship or drop you off downtown, according to your preference. This tour is specially designed for cruise passengers, but everyone is welcome. Please note that we do not offer a shuttle service for this tour; all participants meet at Mega Pier Gate #2. For cruise passengers, we will meet you inside the pier.
