About This Experience

Visit some of the most stunning and memorable sites and attractions in Barbados: Hunte's Gardens, Bathsheba, Lunch, St Nicholas Abbey, and the Barbados Wildlife Reserve. Discover Barbados during this delightful full-day tour. Visit the Barbados Wildlife Reserve where we hope to spot green monkeys playing, as well as a wide variety of other animals. We will then head up to Cherry Tree Hill, and then to St. Nicholas Abbey. This plantation is probably the last authentic 17th-century house still in existence in the 'New World.' When this residence was built around 1658 of brick and limestone, most buildings in North America were made of wood and have long since disappeared. The residence was built only 30 years after the British settled Barbados in 1627. The plantation produces an award-winning rum and will be happy to offer you a sample. Make your visit even more special by adding the Heritage Railway option. Visit the Chairman Railway Station and board a restored steam locomotive for a trip to a spectacular panorama and a memorable experience. After a morning of adventure, it will be time to taste the flavors of Barbados with local cuisine served during our lunch break. A visit to Barbados would not be complete without a stop at Bathsheba, famous for its breathtaking beauty and crashing waves. During this wonderful excursion, we will also visit Anthony Hunte's garden, a masterpiece transformed into one of the island's most beautiful sites. The name and address of your hotel or accommodation must be provided to us at the time of booking. If you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend taking precautions before the tour begins. If you get sick on board, you will have to reimburse the driver, before the end of the tour, for cleaning costs, amounting to between 75 and 150 US dollars. Thank you for your understanding.
