Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed to your airline counter and check in with your respective carrier. Once check-in is complete, go to the Club Mobay counter where a staff member will show you how to access the lounge. You will need to present your boarding pass or passport to the Club Mobay associate to confirm your reservation and receive your Club Mobay voucher. Once you arrive at Club Mobay, you will need to present your confirmation for access. Your confirmation was emailed to you when the service was booked and we ask that you have it available via email or printed for the Club Mobay associate. The VIP departure lounge service includes a variety of amenities, ranging from an open bar with premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a wide array of food items incorporating Jamaican flavor as part of the cultural experience, in order to satisfy every palate. With over 11,000 square feet of stylish comfort, Club Mobay offers a perfect departure experience.
