Missed Departure / No-Show Policy It is the responsibility of participants to arrive at the indicated departure point at least by the specified check-in time before departure. If you do not arrive on time for the scheduled bus departure, you will be considered a no-show. If a passenger misses the bus for any reason, including but not limited to traffic delays, personal impediments, or failure to follow provided instructions, no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be granted. All bookings are final once the departure time has passed. All excursions begin at the Straw Market, downtown, on the cruise port side. Please present yourself there 30 minutes before the indicated time; the bus will pick you up.
