Visitors can discover and taste the different flavors of teas and juices. Greycliff Chocolatier: A chocolate lover's dream come true. Greycliff Chocolatier makes its own chocolates under the guidance of a master chocolatier, and visitors have the opportunity to savor these delicious gourmet chocolates. The Rum Cake Factory: You will discover the most secret ingredients of many rum cake flavors, baked to perfection and delicately marinated in a brand of Bahamian rum, Ole Nassau. These cakes have become not just a dessert but an important part of a new way of life for Bahamians and tourists. John Watlings Distillery: This is home to JOHN WATLING'S rum, the "spirit of the Bahamas," where the eponymous rum and other spirits are handcrafted by Bahamians using local materials and traditional English rum-making methods. Pompey Square: a free-spirited social hub hosting local festivals, art exhibitions, relaxation, and children's games. An interactive water feature is at the center of the square, surrounded by restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and the Pompey Museum of Slavery and Emancipation. All tour participants will be required to sign a waiver.
