About This Experience

Explore South Florida's ecosystems and take photos with the raccoons of Sandspur Island during an excursion to North Miami Beach. Kayak through blue waters and relax on the beach while enjoying fresh fruit. Meet your guide, listen to safety instructions and get an overview of the route. Then, put on your life jacket and hop aboard your kayak or stand-up paddleboard. Join us to explore various islands along Biscayne Bay. First, kayak through wild ecosystems and discover the islands while paddling around them. Then, embark on a thrilling boat tour to the famous Sandspur Island, commonly known as Raccoon Island due to the docile and friendly raccoons that live there. You will have time to explore the island, swim and take photos of the animals living there. We will provide drinks and fresh fruit to enjoy during the ride. Drinks are included and completely free: Gatorade, sodas and water. There is never a time constraint. Other important information: - You have the choice between a kayak or a stand-up paddleboard. - Please wear clothes you can get wet and bring a positive attitude. Anything you don't want to get wet can be stored in a safe place while we are on the water. *This event is non-refundable.
