Enjoy a 90-minute ferry ride to Saba, the "Unspoiled Queen," an eco-paradise renowned for its rainforest hikes and world-class scuba diving. Spend the day exploring this island paradise at your leisure. Nicknamed the Unspoiled Queen, Saba is an eco-paradise and an ideal getaway for avid divers, hikers, and nature lovers. It is as beautiful above as it is below. Edge ferries provide regular service year-round on Tuesdays and Fridays. The trip takes between 75 and 90 minutes, and the docks at Fort Bay constitute the only sea access on Saba. Taxis are available at Fort Bay after passing through immigration. Taxi tours are the only way to get around the island, as the climb from Fort Bay to The Bottom is vertical and arduous. The views are spectacular. Hiking in Saba's rainforest is a must, with the main trail, Mount Scenery, being the most popular. Scuba diving in Saba is world-renowned. Many divers will make sure a day trip to Saba is part of their dive vacation schedule. All dive shops offer the highest standards of service and professionalism and welcome divers upon the ferry's arrival. Saba is a very unspoiled island that offers a refreshing change from the cosmopolitan bustle of Saint Martin and Saint-Barthélemy. One-way transfers are available for overnight stays. Taxi tours can be arranged upon arrival. Hikes are not guided but can be done at your own pace and unaccompanied. All scuba diving must be done through dive shops.
