About This Experience

SeaTrek allows you to enjoy the best underwater experience in St. Maarten while feeling safe. Sea Trek is a guided underwater walking tour designed for non-swimmers and swimmers alike. Breathe naturally and admire the beauty of the scenery around you! You will be able to walk and breathe at the bottom of the Caribbean Sea, just like on the surface. You will be transported by boat to our platform in the middle of the water where you will be greeted by our enthusiastic team, our guide will explain the tour process and divide the group in two, while some of you enjoy snorkeling for 30 minutes and the other group enjoys the Sea Trek for 30 minutes. At the end of the snorkeling session, we will return our equipment and prepare to enjoy the Sea Trek, while the other group does the reverse. Once you are ready to do the Sea Trek, you will descend to the sea floor. This descent is done gradually via a 20-step (20-foot) ladder, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the aquatic environment and the use of the Sea Trek helmet. Once at the bottom, you will be guided by a path marked with handrails for a more comfortable underwater walk. - Electronic devices are welcome during the tour. - Wetsuits are not included in the tour. It is important to try the helmet; it must fit well so you can enjoy the activity. - To participate in Sea Trek, you must be at least 8 years old, able to walk and climb a ladder, equalize and plug your ears, and be in good general physical condition. - Before the tour, we ask you to sign a waiver - for both medical care and liability. Adults must sign with minors. Children must be accompanied by an adult. - Minimum age is 8 years. - Subject to weather conditions - This activity should not be performed within 12 hours before a scheduled flight.
