The most exciting new thrill rides in the Eastern Caribbean in a single tour! Every adventure begins in the restored plantation house, originally built in the 1700s. The museum tells the powerful story of Trace Wilson, born a slave, and her direct descendant Emilio Wilson. You will see depictions of what plantation life was like and discover customs, traditions and lifestyle. Board the Sky Explorer for an approximately 25-minute ride to the top of Sentry Hill, one of the highest elevations in St. Maarten. The experience includes two chairlifts as well as a series of platforms that circle the mountain peak and offer a 360-degree view of the island. You will then board Lift 2 to the top of Sentry Hill; a brief orientation session will prepare you to descend the mountain on the steepest zipline in the world, The Flying Dutchman. You will be strapped into a flight line in a secure harnessed chair, launching yourself on a 1050-foot elevation drop over 2800 feet for the experience of a lifetime. To complete your top-to-bottom experience, the Sky Explorer will take you to the Schooner Ride station where you will race down the mountain in an inner tube through the curves and straights of a specially designed track. After your adventure, you can purchase souvenirs and photos of the attraction in the gift shop. - Sentry Hill: You will re-board the Soualiga Sky Explorer and glide to the ridge of Sentry Hill. After your orientation at the transfer station, you will put on your safety equipment and harness for your zipline flight over the ridge of Sentry Hill. Height: minimum 52 - maximum 80 inches.
