About Distillerie Damoiseau
Guadeloupe's largest rhum agricole producer, set on the Bellevue estate in Le Moule on the Atlantic coast of Grande-Terre since 1942. Damoiseau cultivates over 350 hectares of its own sugarcane, pressing it within hours of harvest to capture maximum freshness in the distillate. Guided tours of the sprawling estate cover the cane crushing, fermentation tanks, column still, and extensive aging warehouse, ending with a tasting of their Blanc 55°, VSOP, and XO expressions in a shaded tasting pavilion.
