The oldest sugarcane estate in Guadeloupe, set against the volcanic flanks of La Soufrière in Basse-Terre, producing rhum agricole since 1887. Guided visits take you through the cane fields, century-old distillation hall with its copper column still, and underground aging cellars where barrels of Vieux rhum mature slowly in the tropical heat. The tasting room pours the acclaimed Grand Cru and single-barrel expressions.
