About Appleton Estate Rum Tour

The Caribbean's most celebrated rum estate, nestled in the lush Nassau Valley of St. Elizabeth parish, producing rum continuously since 1749. The guided tour winds through the original sugar factory ruins, open fermentation vats, copper pot stills, and barrel-aging warehouses scented with the angel's share. A tasting flight of up to five expressions rounds off the visit, from the light Signature Blend to the complex 21-year Rare Casks.
