Set sail on the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean and admire the breathtaking views of the Fajardo coastline. Relax, swim, and explore the beauty of Icacos or nearby cays for an unforgettable island adventure. Spend a day in the sun with lunch and specialty drinks included, taking you out on the clear Caribbean waters and along the Fajardo coast aboard a catamaran. Depart in the morning from Puerto del Rey Marina, the largest and best-maintained in the Caribbean. On the deck of the catamaran, you'll have magnificent views of the mountains of El Yunque National Forest, as well as the beaches of the Fajardo coastline. After a comfortable sail of about 45 minutes, you'll anchor at one of the small deserted islands and cays off the northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Normally, this is Icacos Island, but the captain will sometimes go to Cayo Lobo or Palominos if conditions are better for the day. Once you arrive, you'll spend an hour and a half walking on the beach, beachcombing, and swimming in the crystal clear waters. Return on board to enjoy our deli-style buffet lunch. Sodas, water, and fruit juices are also available, and those who enjoy the sweeter things in life will want to taste the specialty piña coladas and tropical rum punch. Once you've had your fill, the boat will head out to sea and anchor on the reef for an hour or two of swimming or relaxing. A peaceful sail back to Marina Puerto del Rey will bring you back to the dock, with plenty of time to enjoy your afternoon and evening in Fajardo. - If you tend to get seasick, be aware that you can take over-the-counter medication with food at least one hour before departure. - The maximum capacity of the catamaran is 80 passengers. This tour normally runs at full capacity. We have another smaller boat that is generally used during off-peak periods or to replace the large catamaran.
