'Discovery of Matanzas and the Bellamar Caves': For nature lovers, this excursion will take you to the captivating Bellamar caves, a system with more than 300,000 years of history. You will have the opportunity to explore these caves decorated with stalactites and stalagmites while learning about their fascinating formation. Additionally, you will visit Matanzas, nicknamed the 'city of bridges.' We will explain the origin of this title while walking through its historic center and admiring emblematic monuments, such as the Monserrate Hermitage, the Sauto Theater, and the Cathedral of San Carlos Borromeo. You will also have the opportunity to explore the exterior of San Severino Castle, a fortress whose military role was essential. 'Excursion to Havana and the Tobacco Factory': Your journey to the Cuban capital will take you after a two-and-a-half-hour drive, with a break at the Bacunayagua or El Pescador viewpoint. Here, you can enjoy the mountainous landscapes and lush forest, while having the chance to contemplate the Florida Straits. On the program is a visit to a tobacco factory where you will discover the traditional manufacturing techniques of the famous Havana cigars. You will also have an opportunity to learn about the famous Cuban rum in a shop dedicated to this iconic drink. The tour will continue with an exploration of Havana's modern district, allowing you to admire the Presidential Palace, Revolution Square, the university, and the Capitol. Subsequently, a walk in Old Havana will allow you to discover the cathedral, Plaza de Armas, and many other significant sites. 'Day at Playa Larga and Playa Giron': During this excursion, a two-and-a-half-hour drive will take you to the Bay of Pigs, where you will spend a memorable day at Playa Larga and Playa Girón. You will first stop at Boca de Guamá, a renowned wetland site in Cuba, where you can choose between visiting a crocodile farm or taking a boat ride on Treasure Lagoon. You will learn more about the history of Cienfuegos by strolling through its streets and admiring remarkable buildings like the Palacio del Valle, dating from the 17th century. The entire region is recognized as a World Heritage site. Then, the discovery will continue towards Trinidad, another city listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
