
This excursion to Las Terrazas offers the opportunity to dive into the Soroa waterfall, while discovering lush forests and visiting the region's famous coffee plantations in northern Cuba. Itinerary: We'll start our journey with a stop at your hotel in Havana around 07:00 AM, heading towards Las Terrazas. This area, recognized as a Biosphere Reserve, will welcome you into an engaged community. After an hour's drive through the enchanting landscapes of the Sierra del Rosario, you'll arrive at your destination. Upon arrival, a welcome cocktail will be offered to you, then you'll explore a coffee plantation of a 19th-century farm. Afterwards, head to the Moka Hotel, famous for its lush gardens and traditional Cuban architectural style. You'll then visit the house of Cuban artist Polo Montañez, famous for his musical contributions. Your adventure will continue with a walk through the streets of Las Terrazas, where you'll have an hour of free time to enjoy lunch, browse the area and, if you feel like it, try a zipline circuit... An experience not to be missed! At the end of the day, head to Soroa, where you'll explore its orchidarium, a botanical garden that houses up to 20,000 varieties of this fascinating flower. You'll also take a break at the Castillo de las Nubes, a medieval building that reveals stunning panoramas of the surrounding landscape. To close this day, you'll have the opportunity to swim in the beautiful Soroa waterfall. The excursion will conclude with the scheduled return to your hotel in Havana at around 04:30 PM.
