Instead of going alone, be accompanied by a local guide who will help you find your way through the Morne Trois Pitons National Park in Roseau. Climb Morne Nicholls, a 3,168-foot mountain, for magical views of the Valley of Desolation, then descend into the Valley of Desolation to swim in the hot water pools found there. Along the way, admire Boiling Lake (entrance tickets included) and visit Titou Gorge, a perfect water oasis. In between, recharge with snacks and drinks, including bottled water.
