
The island's only craft rum producer, located in Cole Bay on the Dutch side (Sint Maarten), and popular with visitors from both halves of the divided island. Topper's distills fresh-pressed sugarcane juice in a handmade copper still, producing rhum agricole in the French Caribbean tradition. Tours explain the full production process and end with a tasting of white, spiced, and aged rhums.
